Judges Guild Fantasy Game Aid Pack, approved for use with Dungeons & Dragons, JG 1021. This was a limited edition from 1982, only 3,740 copies were bundled together, as noted in Acaeum.com (fantastic D&D collecting site and community). This is still in its original Shrink Wrap (SW), it does have a very minor opening in the SW on the bottom front near the word 'Value', also has an opening in SW towards the back left side, please see pics for condition. It is really in unbelievable shape for a product that is almost 40 years old.
