It consists of flavored ice with a milk base that is shaved into ribbons and served with an assortment of delicious toppings! This mango-flavored snow ice base produces vivid golden snow ice with a rich texture and a sweet, tropical mango flavor.
This powdered mix makes it easy to whip up batches of snow ice! This pre-mixed product takes the guesswork out of creating snow ice, helping you save time in your busy kitchen and ensure a consistent end product. Simply combine this mix with sugar and milk, then add the mixture to your snow ice machine! In a few hours, you'll be shaving off ribbons of delicious snow ice for your customers to enjoy. This product is stored in a convenient, resealable bag that makes storage easy. Each bag contains enough product to make approximately (5) 5 lb. blocks of snow ice - a total of (60) 6 oz. servings of shaved snow ice.

Mango Snow Ice
(makes one 5 lb. block)
3 1/2 cup warm milk (around 160 degrees Fahrenheit)
1 1/4 cup Bossen mango snow ice powder mix
1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 cup cold milk
Pour warm milk into a large container and slowly add snow ice powder mix and sugar. Mix with hand held blender for 1-2 minutes, making sure powder and sugar are completely dissolved. Add the cold milk and mix again. Pour the mixture into a stainless steel ice cube container and set until cool. Place the container in the snow ice machine (minimum temperature -13 degrees Fahrenheit) and freeze for 5-6 hours (or however long your machine manual indicates). After freezing, remove the container and place in room temperature water, turning the container back and forth until the block loosens from the mold, then place block into plastic bag and store in freezer until ready to serve. When ready, shave ice using ice shaver and top with your favorite toppings, such as fruit, bursting boba, or red bean!

FREIGHT items must be inspected upon delivery. If you notice unlikely damage, you should refuse the delivery and note the damage on the shipping receipt and send it back via the freight company. Returns will not be accepted on FREIGHT items after they have been delivered, inspected and the driver has left the building.
